A NATURAL REMEDY

Hoping to bring light to nature’s healing power, A Natural Remedy depicts Hillarey, who lives daily with bipolar disorder, immersed in the wild nature of South Australia’s Fleurieu Peninsula following the ebb and flow of her moods through words and visual poetry.

This short film is a moving image of Hillarey’s inner thought process as someone who struggles with mental illness and learns to embrace it through connecting with nature.
